He has worked for some of the largest information technology companies in the world, such as IBM and Google, where he led enterprises-level initiatives both for business development and growth marketing. Francesco can be defined as a growth marketing guru, having more than a decade of hands-on experience in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising across multiple platforms. While at Google, Francesco was part of the product development team for Google AdWords Express.

Paolo has over a decade of leadership experience in product management, data science and process engineering. He has served as the Head of Trust & Safety at Google in Switzerland, where he led an international team of product specialists, data scientists and user experience researchers. When at Google, Paolo has worked on products like Google AdWords, Google Web Search, Google Shopping and Google Accounts. Having well over a decade of hands-on experience on product management, data science and process engineering, together with an extensive knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, Paolo can be considered a marketing engineer, incorporating a programmatic and automated approach into growth marketing processes. Lastly, Paolo is a Google Analytics certified professional.
